That’s RIGHT.  It’s Tuesday!  It’s Tworkout day!  There is a TON of good TV on tonight, and, well, we may as well get a few good exercises in while we watch TV, right? Right.  So, join us on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central.  That’s an order.

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 2 mins high knees, 1 min buttkicks(with weights)

2. Side plank holds, 30 seconds each side

3. 50 squats.

4. Chair dips.  As many as you can do!

5. 3 mins jump rope

6. Alternating lunges with bicep curls. 40.

7. STRETCH
