Weekly Check-in!

[ 32 ] 07/28/2010 |

Happy Wednesday, everyone!  Notice something different here? (Other than the purdy new look here at the Sisterhood?) If you’re a regular around here, you know that Wednesday is “weigh-in” day.  It still is, but we here at the Sisterhood decided to change things up just a bit.  After reading your suggestions, we asked ourselves, “Selves?  How can we make Wednesdays so that EVERYONE can participate?”  And we came up with an answer…I think you’re going to like it.  No wait, you’re going to LOVE it.

I hereby declare that “Weigh-in Wednesday” now be called “Weekly Check-in”!  (You may applaud.)  If you’re still working towards your goal weight, you still hop on over to your scales, weigh-in, hop on back.  (Please don’t take a hammer to the scales if it was bad to you this week.  The scales are our friends.)   Now, EVERYONE is going to check-in weekly.  We want to hear how your week has gone.  What work outs did you do?  Meet any personal goals?  Need to rant about a terrible work out?   Whether you’re weighing in or just checking in, we want you to blog all about it, then leave us a link to your post in the comments!  Let us have it!

Make sense?

Oh, and don’t forget, we have a brand new challenge starting Sunday August 1st! We’re calling it the Down & Dirty in 30 Challenge, and guess what?  It’s a teams challenge!  Teams will be announced on Saturday July 31st, and if you want to get on a team, head on over to the ‘hood and RSVP, mkay?

One more thing…the Sisterhood is looking for a new resident dude to put up with us lovely Sisters.  Think you know someone who has what it takes?  Are you a guy and think you have what it takes?  If so, check out our Open Call here!!

So, I guess that’s it!  Happy blogging everyone, and don’t forget to support your fellow sisters!  Have a great day!
