Sister Spotlight!

Today, we are going to take a look at Sister Spolight’s past!  Way back when we began the Sister Spotlight, we did it a little differently than we do now.  We took nominations and then chose a spotlight.  The sister spotlighted did not get to then choose the next spotlight.  When we re-introduced the Sister Spotlight, there was one sister who was spotlighted that would have LOVED to have chosen the next spotlight.

So, it’s for that reason that I’ve chosen Nancy as this week’s spotlight.  Nancy was our very first spotlight.  She is the epitome of the word “sister”.  She never fails to lend an ear.  She will pick you up if you are down, and will encourage you the entire way.  She almost always shows up for tworkouts and will try any exercise that I throw out.  I’m also told by one of her team members that she is the ultimate competitor and has told her team for the Down & Dirty in 30 Challenge that they need to get their tails into gear this week. ;)

Nancy, you are a wonderful asset to our amazing Sisterhood, and I am so glad that you are with us.  I can’t imagine anyone else (and I’m sure the rest of our sisters and brothers would agree) that I would rather be on this journey with.  Never forget that you make a difference and touch people’s lives, and for that I would like to thank you.  And your sangria recipe is the bomb.
