Shrinkvivor Challenges::Week 6

Here you go Shrinkvivors!! This week’s challenges are up and I know you’re dying to find out what we have in store for you. Never fear, no bug eating this week, and the physical challenge is even pretty tame. Sorry for the lack of creativity this week…..this Sister’s been in a bit of a funk. I’m pulling out of it though, so never fear!!

    Great challenges for the week!! We need to watch those packaged foods any way because they are full of GUNK!! and MILES are the best way to exercise for EVERYONE!! Thanks ladies….

    Remind me again please — I remember from last time walking, jogging, elipticaling count, yes? How about stair machine? And how about cycling? All of this exercise over the last five weeks has my memory foggy : ) Thanks!
