Tworkout!

So. Talk to me. What do you guys thing of The Biggest Loser so far this season? Do you like how they’ve switched things around? Who is your favorite contestant this season? Who do you think is in it for the money? Now, after you answer all of those questions, you can get your water bottle, your weights, and a towel handy because we’re going to Tworkout™! Join us over on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central for a buttkicking good time! And even if you don’t watch The Biggest Loser, you can still join in!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1.) 3 mins high knees (and I want those knees HIGH!)

2.) 35 squats with tricep kickbacks

3.) Push-ups and alternate lifting your leg up every 5 reps, as many as you can do!

4.) 2 mins jump rope, 1 min buttkicks (with weights)

5.) Wall sit, hold it for as long at you can!

6.) Reverse crunches, as many as you can do!

7.) STRETCH!
