Let’s Tworkout Tonight!

Happy Tuesday afternoon, peeps! Last week we had a great turn out for our special edition Tworkout™! Those of you who won prizes should be getting your prizes soon!

So, knowing how much fun you had, aren’t you excited for tonight’s tworkout? I know I am because I have a special prize to one lucky tworkouter tonight! So, join me over on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central for a buttkicking good time!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 3 Minute Dance Party! (Mute the TV, turn on your favorite tune and LET’S DANCE!)

2. Wide-stance push-ups, as many as you can.

3. 50 alternating jabs while holding weights.

4. 40 jumping lunges. (NOTE: If you have knee problems, DO NOT JUMP.)

5. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks.

6. 40 calf raises, drop and give me 25 bicycle crunches.

7. STRETCH
