Tworkout Tonight!

Welcome to this week’s Tworkout™. What is a Tworkout, you ask? Well, let me tell you. Each week we hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and while we’re watching The Biggest Loser (or any other TV show you want to watch), we get in a Twitter version of the Last Chance Workout. I give you an exercise, you go and complete the exercise, then come back and tell me how much it sucks how great you feel! Sounds like a lot of fun, yeah?

So, are you in or are you in? You’re in!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1.5 mins running in place (while holding weights), 1.5 mins buttkicks (while holding weights)

2. Chair dips, as many as you can do (note: stick your legs out straight and switch lifting your leg every five reps)

3. Squat hold, hold it for as long as you can!

4. Cardio exercise of your choice, 3 mins

5. Side lunges with bicep curls, 40

6. Plank with hip dips. Get in plank position (on your elbows is more difficult) and dip your hips side to side to the floor. As many as you can do.

7. STRETCH

    Oh man, now I’m scerrd! I’ll be there but will be passing on the chair dips (stupid rotator cuff). I’ll do tricep kickbacks or something.
