That’s right! It’s Tuesday, and you know what that means! It’s Tworkout day!

What’s a tworkout? Well, I’m glad you asked! A tworkout is a workout on Twitter. We all gather ’round Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and workout while we watch The Biggest Loser (or the Women’s Basketball Championship game!) So join us and burn a few extra calories while you watch TV!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min jumping jacks; 2 min towel jumps (note: if you can’t jump, just step quickly back and forth over the towel.)

2. Chair dips, as many as you can do

3. Military-style push-ups, as many as you can do (if you’re doing the 100 push-up challenge, you are exempt from this)

4. 2 min frog jumps; 5 burpees

5. 60 second squat hold

6. Plank hold, hold it for as long as you can

7. STRETCH
