Would you play a game with me?
Our Sisterhood is constantly changing and seeing new people, and sometimes it’s impossible to keep up, so I thought on this fine Friday, we would play a little game so that we can see all of the new faces. I’m also going to throw out a little challenge for all of you. Please play along, even if you’re a lurker. (and I know you’re out there!)
First, I want you to introduce yourself. Tell us where you blog, so we can go check out your site. Then, I want you to tell us your absolute favorite way to work out.
Now, I’m going to challenge each and every one of you to try ONE thing new this weekend. It can be a new healthy food or work out. Part of the problem when losing weight is boredom. We all get tired of the same old work out and the same old foods, so the only way to keep from getting bored is to find something new!

1. My name is April. I’ve been with the Sisterhood since January 2009 and have been a contributing writer since June 2009.
2. I LOVE CYCLING. Love, love, LOVE it. Sometimes I feel like I was born to be on a bike. It’s like magic to me.
3. I am going to try quinoa this weekend. It’s really good for you and I keep seeing it on The Biggest Loser, and so I am going to try it.
