We are in the home stretch folks. Week 5 of a 6 week challenge. I can’t believe how fast this challenge is going. I would really like it to slow down. This is one challenge that I am actually doing a good job on.

Who’s still moving ahead in the 100 push up challenge? I have falen off the challenge. I haven’t stop doing push ups, but boot camp has so many that I just can’t seem to do both. We did 60 push ups in a 10 minute circuit last week. That didn’t include the others we did in the other 50 minutes of class.
