Tworkout!

I have to say it, Tuesday’s are one of my favorite days of the week. I love Tuesdays so much because I get to torture you with have so much fun with you guys during the Tworkout. What is a Tworkout you ask? Well, let me tell you. Every Tuesday, while we’re watching TV, we get on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and we workout together during our favorite shows. Sounds like fun, yes? Yes.

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 2 min buttkicks while holding weights; 1 min jumping jacks

2. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks

3. 50 jabs while holding weights.

4. 10 or more burpees

5. Walking lunges, 2 mins

6. Plank hold, hold it as long as you can

7. STRETCH
