Wednesday Check In!

Hello there everyone! It’s the middle of the week, hump day if you will, and it’s time to check yo self!

How did we do this week?

How do you feel about the week?

Go on in and see if the scale matches how you feel! Because quite often for me the two don’t match (does that ever happen to you?) Either I’m feeling all losey weighty and the scale says nope and other times I feel all bloaty and the scale says I losey weighty. Weird how that works isn’t it?

    I am not on this week due to candy and ham!! and also homemade rosmary potato rolls. I am also nervous because this week I am running my first ever Bloomsday!!!

    Linked up. What a horrid week I had. I knew I would gain, didn’t figure it would be so much. I am so looking forward to the next challenge. I would love if everyone would stop on over at Turn My Life Around and check out the challenge I am offering for the month of May.

    I have not been great with food or exercise fortunately I am staying steady at 229.8 at the moment. Trying to get back on track I need to start training for the 10K in July *gulp*
