I cannot believe we are entering into our second week of May already! How did your first week
of the May your way challenge go?
Did you stick with the mantra for the week of I am strong?
I know I found myself using it a few times when I needed strength; it got me through a few
tougher workouts. And it helped me have will power controlling my food choices on several
occasions. So I debated on what we could add to our mantras and decided upon this:
I am worthy.

Do you feel you deserve to be happy and healthy? Are you worthy of a healthy lifestyle and allowing yourself to meet your goals?
Yes!! Repeat after me… I am worthy.
Write it down. Remember it.
You are worthy of being healthy. You are deserving of a workout every day if you want one. You are worthy of everything you set your mind to achieving. You must open your eyes and see how special you are. You must embrace yourself and realize you are worthy.
Go forward this week and remind yourself:
I am strong.
I am worthy.
