There’s a Tworkout tonight!

What?! A tworkout, you say? But, but, but… The Biggest Loser is over!

This is true, but here at The Sisterhood, the torture party never stops! So, find something to watch, hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central, and let’s burn a few extra calories while we watch TV!

 

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 2 min buttkicks w/weights; 1 min mountain climbers

2. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks

3. Military push-ups, as many as you can do

4. 10 burpees, 1 min wacky jacks

5. 40 alternating side lunges with bicep curls

6. Plankhold, hold it for as long as you can

7. STRETCH
