I’m back for the second time today! It’s Tuesday and we all know that Tuesday = TWORKOUT DAY! So, be sure you all hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central for a buttkicking good time!
1. 2 min high knees (w/weights); 1 min wacky jacks
2. Chair dips, as many as you can do!
3. 60 sec wall sit (or two)
4. 2 min towel jump; 5 burpees
5. 40 alternating side lunges w/ bicep curls
6. 50 bicycle crunches
