Does anyone come to dread Tuesdays? Or do you look at it as an opportunity for the ultimate in accountability?

Just curious. And I’m rambling. And avoiding. LOL! Denial ain’t just a river in Egypt.
My transgressions have been light this week, but they are there nonetheless. I have been making a really concerted effort to apply myself and really work my goals.
But nobody’s perfect.
There was the Butterfinger Blizzard (although it was only a mini size which may be the best thing ever or my biggest downfall… Answer TBD).
There was the fact that I took yesterday off from any and ALL physical activity. I didn’t even exercise my veto power on the kids requests for more screen time.
There is the fact that I’m not doing any of the warmup and sprints from the boot camp. Pshaw.
Oh, and then there’s that little matter of the loaf of garlic bread that I ate last night. It was a small loaf, though, so we’re only talk 520 calories and 18 grams of fat. But seriously. Who eats a whole loaf of bread?
But other than that, I’ve been PERFECT, LOL!!
