Tworkout! Tonight! Be there.

Happy Tuesday, my fine friends! How is your week going so far? Is everyone ready for the awesomeness that is our Tworkout? (Answer: Of course you are!) I know The Biggest Loser isn’t on right now, but that doesn’t matter! Choose your favorite show/movie/whatever and join us on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central for a buttkicking good time!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. It’s a 3 min dance party! Turn the TV down, turn your favorite song UP and shake it!

2. Chair dips, as many as you can do!

3. 50 jabs w/light weights! Go low into horse stance! Keep good form!

4. 2 min towel hop, 1 min mountain climbers

5. Wide stance push-ups, as many as you can do!

6. Russian twists, 90 seconds

7. STRETCH

    I plan on being there.  I have a post due Thursday and I’ll be gone all day and night tomorrow, so tonight is the night.  No zumba..tworkout while I write.  We are going to our favorite bar/restaraunt for dinner first, so I’ll have to watch the alcohol consumption.
