Good morning Shrinkers! Can you believe we’ve made it 7 weeks into this challenge already? We’re over half-way there! Are you half-way to your goals yet, or is it time to kick it into SERIOUS gear? I know I need to kick it up several notches. Sheesh! No worries, though, because I know we can all do it!

Bootcampers, are you still out there? Well, this is officially the last week of Shrinking Bootcamp – Week 6! How are you doing? Are you going strong, are feeling strong? Have you surprised yourself?

Go on over and hop on your scales (if you’re a loser!) and blog all about your week. Tell us how you’re feeling at the mid-point. Do you feel like you’re stagnating or still going strong? If you’re just not feeling it, go back and revisit your challenge kick-off post and the goals you set for yourself!!

MINI-CHALLENGE

Last week’s mini-challenge was to kick soda to the curb (or pop or Cokes, or whatever you call them!). How did you do? Did you get headaches? Twitch a little?

This week, I want you work on getting in 3 servings of dairy a day! Did you know that calcium intake can help you lose fat, thus boosting your weight-loss? It’s true! So this week, try to squeeze in some extra dairy in your day. Think string cheese for a snack, yorgurt with granola and fruit for breakfast, chocolate milk after a run or workout. The yumm-a-bilities are endless! For those of you who have dairy alleriges, or just chose to forgo dairy, share with us the creative ways you get your recommended daily allowance of calcium!
