Sooo, how are you doing with bootcamp? Did Monday kick your ass? Or did you skip Monday because it was a holiday, and you thought ‘surely we don’t have to do bootcamp on a holiday, right?’
If you skipped bootcamp on Monday, you have to do it twice today.
But you do have to do it today! Not kidding at all.
For those of you who did partake in bootcamp on Monday, you are our Sisterhood heroes, and we salute you and all of your badass new (aching) muscles!
And in case you haven’t noticed a pattern, today’s bootcamp will be the same as Monday’s.

Please note you were supposed to TIME yourself on Monday! Did you time yourself? I hope you did, because today you are supposed to BEAT that time from Monday (which means you suck if you skipped Monday. Only kidding. Sort of.).
So get out there and sprint and do all 12 of those kickass exercises, because they are going to make you feel AMAZING and look like a supermodel. Promise.
