Burst Into Summer Challenge - Shrinking BootcampGood morning Shrinking Bootcampers! I hope you’ve had a wonderfully sore week, and I also hope you’re feeling stronger than you ever have!

You have officially made it half-way through our amazing program. What do you think so far? Are you sticking with it? Are you seeing results? Feeling them?

    I’m getting there….I did wk1day 1 and day2 this week and I’m planning to do D3 Saturday. I may be behind but I will get the workouts done! I am determined to not let this challenge pass me by!!
