Ok, it’s time to ‘fess up.  Who ate waaaaaaay too much over the long July 4th weekend?  I, for one, sure know I did!  It wasn’t that I really ate anything particularly that bad for me, it was just the quantity of how much I ate.

The good news?  You don’t have to let a holiday weekend throw your entire week off track.  The holiday is officially over, so it’s time to just dust ourselves off and get back on track.  Today is a new day to eat properly and get in a good workout.  Whether that means doing day one of this week’s boot camp workout or joining in for the Tworkout tonight, just make sure to get your sweat on today.
