How are my lovely Tworkouters doing today? Are you excited that it’s Tuesday and you get to sweat your tails off while having a good time? Of course you are! So hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and join in the fun!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 2 min high knees (w/weights); 1 min wacky jacks

2. Chair dips, as many as you can do

3. A 60 second squat hold (or two)

4. Jumping lunges, 90 seconds; Frog jumps, 90 seconds

5. Wide-stance push-ups; as many as you can do

6. Russian Twists, 90 seconds
