Who wants to Tworkout?

You do! That’s who! Come on; you do, don’t you? Of course you do! So join us at 8 p.m. Central on Twitter while we sweat our arses off to our favorite summer TV shows! It’s a buttkicking good time!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min jumping jacks, 20 push-ups, 1 min jumping jacks

2. Chair dips, 2 sets of as many as you can do

3. 50 jabs with weights

4. 1 min frog jumps, 10 (or more) burpees

5. Squat hold, 60 seconds

6. Russian twists, as many as you can do

7. STRETCH
