1. 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min towel jump, 1 min jump rope
2. Chair dips, as many as you can do
3. 5 burpees (or more)
4. Push-ups, as many as you can do
5. 1 min wacky jacks, 1 min mountain climbers
6. 50 Russian Twists
7. STRETCH
