Tworkout tonight!

Hey guys! Guess what? It’s Tworkout night! The night that we all workout (together on Twitter) while we watch our favorite TV shows! Of course you want to join us! So hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and Tworkout with us!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. It’s a 3 min dance party! Turn that TV down and your music up and shake your bootay for 3 mins!

2. Squat hold, 6o seconds (2 if you’re advanced)

3. Chair dips, as many as you can do!

4. 10 burpees, 30 seconds jumping jacks

5. 40 alternating side lunges with bicep curls

6. 50 bicycle crunches

7. STRETCH
