Menu Plan Your Butt Off - Thanksgiving Edition

Good morning! How was your Thanksgiving? Are you feeling stuffed and ready to settle back into your routine? Yes? These recipes will help you get rid of that post-Thanksgiving bloat {and get rid of some of those leftovers taking up space in your fridge}!

MONDAY: Turkey soup! Instead of the half-and-half, try a lighter cream!

TUESDAY: Chicken Breasts with Mushroom Cream Sauce.

WEDNESDAY: Crispy turkey tostadas.

THURSDAY: Garlic Lover’s Roast Beef.

FRIDAY: Kung Pao Shrimp.

SNACKS: Apple Chips and SunButter Bites

DESSERT: Need to get rid of some pumpkin pie leftovers? Try a pumpkin parfait! So easy!

    No menu plan this week.  Our goal is to eat what’s in the cabinets before heading to the grocery store.  Then on payday, I plan on buying HEALTHY foods!
