Happy almost Thanksgiving! I’m so excited that I can’t even tell you! I mean, of cousre, I love the food, but I love being with my loved ones more! But before we sit down and eat so much that we can’t stand it have a few Thanksgiving Day treats, let’s get a Tworkout in, shall we?

Just join us on Twitter at 8 p.m. Central as we workout to our favorite TV shows! It’s a lot of fun, I promise!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min jumping jacks, 1  min buttkicks w/weights, 2 burpees

2. Push-ups, as many as you can do

3. Squat hold, 60 seconds

4. 40 jump squats, 1 min towel hop

5. Chair dips, as many as you can do

6. T-stands, 30 seconds each side

7. STRETCH
