1. Run in place 1 min; wacky jacks, 1 min; frog jumps, 1 min
2. 40 squats with tricep kickbacks
3. 40 alternating lunges with bicep curls
4. 3 min dance party! Turn that TV down and your fav song UP!
5. Plankhold, 60 seconds
6. Russian Twist 60 seconds
