Tworkout!

Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I know I did! Did you stuff your face? If so, I have just the thing for you! A Tworkout! Turn on your favorite TV program and join in the fun at 8 p.m. Central and sweat off a few extra calories! I swear it’s a ton of fun!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min high knees (w/weights), 1 min jump squats

2. 10 push-up to t-stands

3. 40 walking lunges

4. 10 (or more) burpees

5. 30 (15 each leg) ball kicks

6. Plankhold, 60 seconds

7. STRETCH!
