Wow. Can you believe it? We’re at the last check-in of 2011. Seriously, where did the year go?
So, last week was Christmas, and we all know how the holidays can sometimes go. You go here and eat and there and eat and this place and eat and that place and eat. So, let’s get that out of the way first, how was Christmas for everyone?! How were your holiday meals? I confess that I ate a little more than normal. But I did only stick with one dessert rather than sample all of them.
The 25th marked that last day of O, Fitness Tree-25 Days of Exercise. Did you get your 25 days in? Was it hard to squeeze in that little bit of exercise this time of year? Or did it help you keep from going overboard with everything?
Also, how did you do with the 10K A Day Challenge? Did you get those 10,000 steps in?
