Welcome to the first official Wednesday check-in of 2012! If you’ve been around the Sisterhood for awhile, you know what to do (and we adore you!). If you’re new (and we have SO many awesome new Sisters!) don’t worry, it painless!
So Sunday was our kick-off for the challenge, being that it was the 1st and all it just seemed appropriate. But now we’re back to our regularly scheduled programming of Wednesday check-ins. At the end of the challenge, we’ll announce our Top 10 Shrinkers! So exciting!!
On Sunday, Melissa gave you an assignment to get your goals for 2012 in order and to be prepared to share them with us today. So did you do it? Gosh I hope so ;) If you did, link up your post below and then go do some blog hopping and check out everyone else’s goals. It’s fun and it’s a great way to show some support to your fellow Sisters. The Fitness Challenge
Heather kicked off our Fitness Challenge on Monday. Did you get a chance to check it out yet? I am SO glad to know the difference between moderate and vigorous activity, because for so long I’ve been in the dark. Now that I know, I’m doing a much better job at getting some vigorous exercise in my plan.

Monday nights at 8 p.m. Central we gather at the ‘hood and have Sister Chat about all things healthy (and not-so-healthy)! It’s totally fun and funny. I promise you won’t be sorry if you come, but you will be sorry if you miss it!
Every Tuesday, we have a Tworkout (Twitter + Workout = Tworkout) at 8 p.m. Central time. You won’t find a more fun workout anywhere, trust me! April is like a drill instructor, but she totally loves listening to all of us whine about how much we hate burpees and side planks. True story.
