Hi all! Hope you are having a fantastic Tuesday! How did your holiday weekend go? Are you ready for check-in? Well, if you want to burn a few extra calories, then boy do I have the thing for you! A tworkout! Just hop onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and let’s have a buttkicking good time!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1 min frog jumps, 1 min jumping jacks, 1 min jump squats

2. 30 squats with tricep kickbacks

3. Push-ups, as many as you can do

4. 15 burpees

5. Alternating side lunges with bicep curls, 30

6. Plankhold, 60 seconds

7. STRETCH
