Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope everyone is having a great day! You know what would make your day better? A tworkout! Yay! So log onto Twitter at 8 p.m. Central and we will sweat a few extra calories off while we watch TV!

Tonight’s Tworkout:

1. 1min wacky jacks, 5 push ups, 1 min buttkicks w/weights

2. Chair dips, as many as you can do

3. Squat hold, 60 seconds

4. 15 burpees

5. Walking lunges, 2mins

6. Plankhold, 60 seconds

7. STRETCH
