14 Awesome 80s Songs for Your Workout Playlist

The 80s were an amazing musical decade. In that decade I went from 5 years old to 14 years old, and that’s some pretty informative years. I had a young, hip mom, who made sure I had an appreciation for all music (even some I probably had no business listening to!), so I’m giving you a little sampling of the wide variety of music that shaped my early childhood. They also happen to be great songs to run and workout to!
And if you were born after the 80s were over, I don’t even want to hear about it, okay? Just pretend you grew up listening right along with me, or I might cry. It’s hard enough that kids who were BORN the year I graduated from high school are now high school graduates.
