10 Starbucks Drinks That Won’t Blow Your Diet

[ 4 ] 05/20/2012 |

Coffee. I love coffee. I drink mine black, but when I stop at a coffee shop, it’s easy to get lured into ordering something a bit more adventurous, which often means more calories, sugar, and fat. Did you know that if you drink a Grande Double Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino, you will be consuming 500 calories, 9 grams of fat, and 98 grams of carbs? And that’s WITHOUT the whipped cream. Oh my.

I’ve done some investigating and have come up with ten drinks that you can enjoy without feeling the guilt. Enjoy!

I need to find out what is in the coffee frappucino light.  I LOVE frappucinos, but need mine made with lactose free milk, which I think takes away from the “light” option.  Great post, thanks for sharing.

There is a lot of sugar in some of these drinks though so if you are watching your weight you might want to check that out or do sugar free syrups. :)
