    Took 20 day break from working out, but I’m headed back to the gym. During my 20 day vacation I’ve lost 4lbs, but gained back two. I’m determined to lose 10lb this month!

    Me and my boyfriend of 3 years just broke up – I’ve put on a little weight this year and have started going to the gym in the last couple of months and am loving it!  He told me (while he was breaking up with me) that he was convinced I was going just for him…just one more thing to prove that he was wrong about!

      Keep going to the gym and taking care of yourself! It’s the best thing you can do in a situation like this. YOU are totally worth it!!
