Will you be planning a healthy Thanksgiving?  Or, will you take the day off and not worry about calories, fat, etc.?  If you do the latter, remember that it’s Thanksgiving DAY.  Get right back on track with your healthy eating habits the next day and don’t let one day off track turn into two, three, a week, etc.

P.S. – If you’ll be planning to hit those Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales after Thanksgiving, don’t forget to check out our 2012 Ultimate Healthy Living Gift Guide before you shop.  It’s a great resource to find gifts for the people in your life following a healthy lifestyle.  It’s also a great place to come up with ideas for your own wish list, too!
