I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t wait to weigh myself this morning. I am so into this New Year Weight Loss Challenge. It is making me very happy to have some focus again in my fitness and weight loss journey. How about you? How’s it going? Are you watching what you are eating? Are you working out?
