New Year's Weight Loss Challenge
I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t wait to weigh myself this morning. I am so into this New Year Weight Loss Challenge. It is making me very happy to have some focus again in my fitness and weight loss journey. How about you? How’s it going? Are you watching what you are eating? Are you working out? Are you doing the C25K with us? Maybe you are doing the Fab Ab January challenge. Did you write out your goals for this challenge? How about the letter from your future self? Whatever it is you are doing, isn’t it making you feel awesome about yourself?

Did you pick a great name for your team? My buddy Courtney and I are the Warriors on Wabash. Wabash Avenue is where I live and is always on our walking route. I love that we are almost the identical weight, so we know exactly what each other is going through.

Okay shrinkers, let’s get down to business. Now is the time to get yourself weighed. If you are like me, that means you pee and get naked. Then fill out the form below and get your team entered for the week. Only one person needs to fill in the form for the team. Just add your weights together and fill in the form. Easy peasy. The IMPORTANT thing is that you get this done before 9:00p.m. cst. No exceptions!!
