    I am up by 1.5 and my hubby is up by 1. Disappointing after last weeks loss but it is how it goes. We have been exercising a bunch and still doing fab abs so it will catch up at some point.

    Doing the fab abs. I really didn’t think I would be able to plank for the 1:10, but I have done it with my 8 year old daughter and 5 year old son as my cheerleaders. :0)

    I’m down a total of 6.2, despite fighting a bad cold the last few days. I worked out 6 days the last week and I am on week 3 of C25K. Thanks to Lisa for the link to the runner’s breathing/yoga poses. It has really helped! I’ve been watching my food intake and logging my food and exercise on My Fitness Pal. I have tried to lose weight so many times over the years, with so many diets, magic potions etc. For the first time I really feel confident that I can do it this time. :)
