Happy Wednesday, Shrinkers!  Here we are at Wednesday already, so that means it’s time for our third weigh-in check for the New Year’s Weight Loss Challenge.  Are you still hanging in there with us?  Are you still sticking to your goals/resolutions?

If you’ve fallen a bit to the wayside, there’s still plenty of time to get back on track and still reach your goal(s) for the challenge.   In fact, if you do find yourself in that situation and haven’t done so already, definitely be sure to stop by and read Karena’s post yesterday titled “Don’t quit. Commit.”  It’s totally worth the few minutes it will take you to read it!!

In your blog post today {or in the comments below}, tell us how you’re doing.  Are you still hanging in there working toward your goals?  If so, share with us the source of your motivation/inspiration.  It just might help inspire/motivate someone else who is struggling, so let’s hear them!
