Week 7- woot woot!!! Here we are- week 7 of Couch to 5k. you only have a few more weeks until you finish the program. Have any of you given thought to *what’s next*? Do you want to repeat the program to get stronger, sign up for a 5K race, repeat week 9 over and over and over until running that long becomes comfortable or something entirely different? Go ahead, start thinking about it now- it will be here before you know it. How was your week of running- good, bad, or ugly? Mine was non-existent this week as my legs begged me for a break from half marathon training. Sometimes you have to do just that- give them a break. I hope to be back to running this week!

(Day 1) Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then: Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes) Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes) Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes) Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
