Week 8 of Couch to 5K. Full steam ahead and only this week and next week to go!  You are either really surprising yourself with what you are able to do, or you are still dreading every step, or you are looking forward to every step, or you might still be wondering what the hell possessed you to sign up for C25K.  Maybe one or none of the above, right?  One day, I promise you, even if you have doubt right now, if you just keep with it, you will overcome those doubts.  I am a testimony to that.  I really and truly believed that I could not and would not EVER be a runner and well, that is not the case.  But if I had thrown in the towel when the going got tough, and believe me it has been tough many times over the last three years, then there is no way I would the happy, injury-free runner that I am today.

You got this- now go run!

Week 7- Days 1, 2,and 3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes).

Week 8- Days 1, 2, and 3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes).
