You are the home stretch of Couch to 5k, entering your LAST week of training. How is it going? Who is still around? Are you becoming the runner you envisioned yourself to be? I am so excited for you! You made a commitment and you are seeing it through. Maybe you hit a few bumps in the road, or maybe you are a few weeks behind schedule for life reasons, but you are still chugging along and that is something to commend.

I can’t wait to see how this week goes for you. Happy Running!

Week 9- Days 1, 2 and 3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 3 miles (or 30 minutes).

Week 8- Days 1, 2 and 3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes).

Week 7- Days 1, 2 and 3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes).
