Hello!
Melissa and Christy, thank you for inviting me to be part of this wonderful group of women. I’m inspired and encouraged by everyone’s obvious dedication to health and fitness.

Ladies, thank you for welcoming me to your community. I hope to be of great support and service to you.  I’m excited to hear your stories and I look forward to answering your questions.

To help you better understand my approach to health and wellness, I’d like to share a glimpse into my background, education, and nutrition programs.

Background & Education

I have always been fascinated by health and inspired by fitness. Physically active since childhood, fitness was always part of my daily life, but like many people, my knowledge of food and healthy eating habits never coincided with my gym sessions. By the end of my sophomore year of college, I had gained 20 pounds and suffered from rosacea as well as perioral dermatitis, an acne-like skin condition that results in underground pustules near the mouth and chin.

Due to my diet, lifestyle, and high stress levels during this period, both my body and my skin were rebelling; sending clear signals that something needed to change. I needed to get educated and get healthy. That’s when my personal experimentation began.

Over the last decade, I have studied, researched, and experimented with various methodologies of eating and lifestyles, only to realize that one person’s food is another’s poison. This lead me to IIN: Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical dietary and lifestyle management techniques, and innovative health counseling practices from some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My education and experience provided me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition and preventative health, which I now share with my clients.

Having graduated from IIN, I am now an AADP certified HC, nutrition counselor, and founder of Eat Clean Health; a holistic health and wellness company built on the belief that clean food equals healthy bodies and energized lives. I specialize in women’s health issues, weight loss, food sensitivities, and fitness. My mission is to support, educate, and inspire clients to transform their health, one deliciously sustainable bite at a time.

Nutrition Programs

I deeply believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. Optimal health is not only about the foods that we eat, but our personal relationships, careers, sleep, and stress levels as well. Instead of focusing on specific diets, trends, restrictions, or supplements, I guide women towards eating in a way that nourishes and satisfies not only their body, but their lives.

Each of the nutrition programs I’ve designed helps clients develop a deeper understanding of food and nutrition, leading them to implement lasting changes that improve energy, balance, and overall health.

Each of these programs is an anti-inflammatory, allergy friendly, whole foods program that flushes toxins from the body in a safe and gentle way. These programs are gluten free and dairy free; easily altered to accommodate your specific nutritional needs.

Each of the 3 programs listed above provide the following health benefits:

  • Increased Energy
  • Weight Loss
  • Reduce Inflammation
  • Improve Digestion
  • Boost Immune System
  • Reduce Bloating, Sluggishness, and Fatigue
  • Mental and Physical Clarity
  • Reduce Cravings
  • Improve Sleep and Mood
  • Glowing, Radiant Skin
  • Healthy Meal Preparation and Cooking

For complete, detailed information about each of these nutrition plans, my education, background, and health services, please visit Eat Clean Health.

I appreciate all of you and look forward to interacting with you!
