We have some very serious medical issues going on with a family member and I am spending time with them. It was my daughter’s baby shower on Sunday and there was tons of prep for that. A close family friend died and we had the wake and funeral. It has literally been one thing after the other this week and there has been no time for exercise.
But, I was able to find the littlest bit of time on two days for a little exercise. I did a cardio circuit class and a yoga class one night and got a four mile walk in early Sunday morning. I even had just over 20,000 steps on my Fitbit on Sunday. I know it’s not much, but it was something when I didn’t have the minutes to spare.
So hey, toot toot!! I found something to be proud of instead of focusing on the negative. How about you? Did you squeeze some exercise in an otherwise busy week.
