Hello there shrinkers! If it’s Wednesday, it must be weigh in time. You know the drill. Go jump on that scale and come back with a number to report.

In case there is anyone who doesn’t know, we have a great Facebook support group for our challenges. It’s the Shrinking Jeans Weight Loss Challenge Facebook Group and you can join to. It’s a great place to talk about what you need help with or what you can help others with. Being it’s a private group, anything you say stays there.

Mini Challenge

Last week’s mini challenge was to get in 20-30 minutes of exercise EVERY single day. How’d you do? Was it really hard? Was it something you were already doing? This week, we are going to eat a good breakfast and folks, that is not a cup of coffee and a donut. A good breakfast gets your metabolism going. Egg white omelets, whole grain cereals and fruits. This is an example of the kinds of things we are going for. We can do this and we will all have better days because of it.

I hope you are all getting excited for our upcoming virtual 5k. I know I sure am.
