Squats. Classic squats, plie squats, squats with leg lifts… your choice! There’s a squat for everyone!
Burpees. If you want to up the intensity, throw in a push-up at the bottom of the burpee!
Wall-Sits. Who knew sitting could hurt so good? Feeling particularly bad-ass? Add in the kicks like our my dear friend, Christy.
Rest days are provided every five days to give you a chance to let your muscles recoup. As with all of our monthly workout calendars, these daily exercises are intended to supplement your current fitness routine. If you are finding the totals too hard to achieve, break it up into smaller sets through your day. Challenge yourself, but not to the point of injury.
