Kick-Ass April {monthly workout calendar}

Are you ready to have a firm and fabulous gluteus maximus? Never fear, hot buns are just around the corner! We are kicking ass this April with our fierce, FREE workout calendar and we are challenging YOU to kick some serious butt, too!

We’ve got THREE exercises for you…  click on the titles for demonstrations!

Note: Burpees and Wall-Sits are shown on the calendar in seconds!

Fitbit Product Family

Squats. Classic squats, plie squats, squats with leg lifts… your choice! There’s a squat for everyone!

Burpees. If you want to up the intensity, throw in a push-up at the bottom of the burpee!

Wall-Sits. Who knew sitting could hurt so good? Feeling particularly bad-ass? Add in the kicks like our my dear friend, Christy.

Rest days are provided every five days to give you a chance to let your muscles recoup. As with all of our monthly workout calendars, these daily exercises are intended to supplement your current fitness routine. If you are finding the totals too hard to achieve, break it up into smaller sets through your day. Challenge yourself, but not to the point of injury.

    I would imagine this would be a bit hard for beginners. Do you not have something for beginners that would be a bit safer and more efficient. Such a large portion can also be a bit intimidating for a newbee.

      I’m a newbie and I find these challenging, not hard. If I can’t do it all in one…I catch my breath and try to keep going. It’s to get you out of your comfort zone.

    got one day left man I love this I am tired and feel it after the
    workouts but I love how it starts small and works up each day I haven’t really worked out in over 6 yrs and I love it thank you for helping me start on a new me can’t wait to see what you got for May
