As with all of our monthly workout calendars, these daily exercises are intended to supplement your current fitness routine. Be aware of your form at all times! It’s quality, not quantity that counts. If you find the daily total too difficult to achieve, go as long as you can, or break it up into smaller sets. Think the challenge is too easy? See below. This workout is for YOU. Challenge yourself, but not to the point of injury. Something is better than nothing.
Glute Bridge: Lie face-up on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Raise your hips so your body forms as straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Pause in the up position, then lower your body back to the starting position. Click here to see a demonstration.

If you find the daily workout too easy, complete your first plank interval and then add in another interval or two of the following plank variations:
Plank w/Hip Dips
All variations can be seen in the demonstration video above. Remember to keep your abs tight for the duration of each exercise to prevent back injury!
