Are you a runner? Have you made your runner wish list for Christmas? Do you have a runner in your life that you are looking for the perfect gift for? Maybe you aren’t a runner but you like to check out all the cool fitness gadgets, gear and apparel, anyway?
We’ve got you ALL (and your friends and family) covered.
We here at the Sisterhood are so excited to bring you the most awesome *Holiday Gift Guide for the Runner*!
Why is this gift guide so awesome? Because we are giving away EACH AND EVERY item featured in this guide,in some cases, multiples of the same item. How cool is that? Mighty cool, I think. Bari and I have spent many hours pulling this together- we hope you enjoy it! For the record, while this is technically called the *Holiday Gift Guide for the Runner*, you do NOT have to BE a runner to enjoy these ideas, nor do you have to BE a runner to win any of them. I just wanted to get that out of the way- cool products we think any runner (and everyone else) would love- cool prizes for any and every one, regardless of your chosen form of exercise.

They have many different armbands to fit a variety of phone sizes and personal needs.

The Soleus GPS FIT has a new highly ventilated strap, simpler 4 button user interface, and much larger numbers on the customizable display viewing area. The Soleus GPS FIT will allow runners to accurately track their Speed, Pace, and Distance. 5. Fuel Belt
The Fuel Belt hydration belt allows you to carry your hydration drink of choice while running. The Fuel Belt is comfortable and does not move while you are in motion. Those who have used hydration belts know there is nothing more annoying than having to constantly adjust your belt to a comfortable position so it doesn’t move. This belt comes with one pocket (to hold gels, keys, etc), but an additional pocket can be added for those who need extra space to carry more stuff. The bottles are easy to get in and out of the holders, even while running. Fuel Belt carries hydration belts, handhelds, and more!

Ahhh, the wonders of Swiftwick compression socks. Compression socks provide extra support and increase blood circulation. After intense or prolonged exercise (like those long runs!), blood can pool in your lower limbs and feet causing extreme fatigue and leg cramps. Compression socks work to alleviate that fatigue and soreness. These socks do just that! I was a little worried that their regular sizes would not fit my large, wide calves but they did. You can wear these socks during your runs to prevent fatigue and especially afterwards to help alleviate the soreness- and yes, it really works!
Follow Swiftwick on Facebook. GIVEAWAY PRIZE: One pair of compression socks (Retail price $35.99).

Then, one day a very special box arrived containing the most well-thought out product I’ve seen in a long time. Icy cold-packs that are molded to fit the contours of your feet. Why didn’t I think of that? No more awkward hard packs that just don’t get the curve of the arch, and no more mushy pea bags that have to be changed too often. Remember that little TV show called Survivor and how all their contestants wore buffs on their heads? Buff, Inc made those buffs and they are so COOL! There are several styles to choose from, many fabric choices, and a MILLION different ways to wear the buff (check out this video for a few of them). I wore my buff for the first time on a cold morning- it was perfect! I also foresaw being able to wear it to cover my neck and mouth and those especially cold mornings. The fabric is a perfect material weight- not too light light but not too heavy. I am already eyeing some of their other products for future purchase!
